Director of Sponsorship, Webmaster, FCOA Director, Distribution Manager, Director(s) of Convention and Convention Treasurer.
Appointed Officers are appointed by the President with recommendations by the Executive Board and the approval of the Board
of Governors for a term of one year at the first Governors' Meeting of each calendar year.
However, the Director(s) of Convention and the Convention Treasurer are appointed by the President with recommendations by the Executive Board
and the approval of the Board of Governors at the last
Governors' Meeting of each calendar year.

Applications for appointed offices are due before the last regularly scheduled Governors Meeting of the year. This would be
the November 8th meeting in 2008.
