September 23, 2007 ~
The 2007 ballots will be mailed out by Wednesday, September 26, 2007 to each NCCC Club Governor.
Governors should e-mail the NCCC Secretary
if they have not received their Club's ballot by October 1, 2007. Return ballots
must be postmarked by October 31, 2007 to be valid. Each Club is allowed one vote
for each item put forth on the ballot and the Club's vote is cast via the Club's Governor.
Club Members should relate to their Governor any opinion they have on how the Club's vote should be cast.

Follow the Club Ballot Return Tally Sheet
The NCCC Secretary will maintain the Club Return Ballot Tally Sheet.
This Tally Sheet will allow Governors and Members to verify whether or not the NCCC Secretary has
received their Club's mailed return ballot. The ballot votes will be counted by the Teller Committee on the morning of November 10, 2007
and announced at the Governors Meeting that afternoon.

**ATTENTION All NCCC Governors**
New versions of the NCCC Membership Dues 51% Worksheet Forms
have been posted. You should download these new Instructions, Forms and Samples to use for your 2008 Renewals.
These changes should eliminate your having to download new Forms for each year's Renewals.
Please keep in mind that there still may be
necessary updates in the future as policies and procedures may change. Keep
your eye on this page for future update notices and/or look to the NCCC Membership Dues 51% Worksheet Forms
page on this Web Site to see if there have been further updates since the now noted October 1, 2007
date.

May 31, 2007 ~ ATTENTION ALL NCCC MEMBERS!!
In an effort to control some of the SPAM being received through the NCCC Web Site e-mail addresses set up for the NCCC Officers, Regional
Officers and others, I have changed the SPAM Management Settings from MEDIUM to HIGH.
This should stop some more (and hopefully most) of the SPAM but may also block legitimate e-mails. Everyone can help by following these guidelines.
Please remember to always type something in the Subject: line. E-mails lacking a Subject will automatically be deleted.
NCCC- followed by whatever you want would be helpful to the recipient. For example: Subject: NCCC-need copy of a form
If you send an E-mail using an NCCC Web Site e-mail, contact the recipient if you do not hear back within a reasonable time.
If you are the recipient of an NCCC Web Site e-mail, acknowledging that you received it would be helpful to the sender.
If you receive an NCCC Web Site e-mail with the Subject: SPAM?: Please Review before deleting
do just that. I have set the SPAM Management Settings to send a message
through in this manner when it is questionable if it is really SPAM.
If you have me in your E-Mail Address Book, please be sure you have the NCCCWebmaster@ NCCC Web Site address and
not the webmaster@ NCCC Web Site address. I am in the process of phasing out the webmaster@
NCCC Web Site address.

Our NCCC Web Site will not be accessible from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (EDT) on
Sunday, March 25, 2007. The Web Site Officer E-mail Links will also not be
functioning during this time period. Mail will not be lost, just delivered after
8:00 a.m. The Host of our Web Site has scheduled this time for their quarterly
maintenance and the work they will be doing will ensure
optimum
performance of our Web site and e-mail.

***ATTENTION WEBMASTERS***
The NCCC Visa Credit Card Information on the NCCC Web Site has been updated to reflect Bank of America as the new issuer of our Card.
The merger of MBNA with Bank of America makes the previous Credit Card URL (MBNA.html) unable to be reused.
The new URL of http://www.corvettesnccc.org/NCCCCredit.html will be
the URL for our Credit Card from now on and should never need to be changed
no matter what company our Credit Card is issued through.
If you have linked the NCCC Credit Card to your Region or Club Web Site
(and feel free to do so) please change to this new URL and any future updates will be on me!

**SPECIAL NOTE TO ALL NCCC MEMBERS**
|
 The 2007 renewal packets
have all been mailed. The picture on the left is what the packets look like so you don't discard it as advertising
when looking through your mail. The renewal packet is a 9 X 12 white envelope
with GOODYEAR in the lower left corner and NCCC address and logo in the
upper left corner. Please don't pitch this envelope. Open
it up when you receive it and take out your membership card(s) and put them
in a safe place for use throughout 2007. In your Corvette would be a good place,
so when you go to an event you'll have your card.
If your Packet has not arrived by February 15th, please get a hold of your Governor. Have a safe and happy 2007!

2007 Membership Packets for Members of the Club
listed below were mailed out on February 7, 2007. If you do not receive yours by February 15, 2007 contact the Governor of your Club or your RMD.

For many years now at NCCC Membership renewal time,
NCCC Distribution Manager Rose Schmitt and her husband Don have
stuffed each new NCCC Membership Packet with all the Goodies that arrive sometimes by Semi.
Their basement is base operations and after stuffing all the packets and
attaching labels they are toted to the
Post Office in big boxes to be mailed off to the NCCC Members everywhere.
