 In the past, Insurance Information, Insurance Certificates and
Waiver Forms had automatically been mailed to all Club Governors which resulted in an exorbitant amount of cost for Printing and Mailing.
For 2010, K&K mailed out Post Cards to each Governor to be filled out for
materials needed for their Club Activities. It has been discovered that some
Governors did not receive their Post Card or received it and threw it out not knowing its significance.
The Supply Order Card is linked here for your convenience. The Supply Order Post Card needs to be filled out and mailed for a Club to receive their materials.
