Discover what “Public Relations”
has to offer Local NCCC Clubs and Members

I would like to reintroduce myself to those of you that were Governors last year and to the new Governors that don’t know me. My name is Larry Beebe and I am from the Cedar Rapids Corvette Club located in Eastern Iowa which is in the West Region of NCCC. Last year, which was my first year as Director of Public Relations, I invited all of the NCCC Governors to look into using one of the two “Promotional Displays” that travel around the country helping Corvette enthusiasts see what NCCC is really all about. They responded by scheduling the Displays for more than 20 dates. These dates ranged from Car Shows to Club Meetings. They were used for small gatherings as well as very large groups. The Displays were displayed in the four corners of the United States traveling to Michigan four times to Cape Kennedy, Florida; Tacoma, Washington; Syracuse, New York and to San Diego, California. With your help we can expand the number of cities and expose more potential members to NCCC.

I am in charge of scheduling and shipping the Displays and will be working with you or your Club if you would like to use one of the Displays. I am always available via E-Mail to discuss the availability, scheduling and shipping of the Displays.

The NCCC Display is a tri-fold board showing pictures of NCCC members taking part in some of the many NCCC activities that are available to every member. Each Display is shipped with:
Issues of Blue Bars to distribute to interested individuals
A list of “Benefits” and “Reasons” why NCCC is the “Club to join”
NCCC Brochures for interested people to take
   for information
 NCCC Application Forms
K & K Insurance Brochures that describe the
coverage they give to each NCCC Club as well as
   each NCCC Member
Future Corvette Owners Association Brochures that
explains FCOA and how children may be sponsored
 FCOA Application Forms
2010 Corvette Raffle Tickets for a 2010 Grand Sport
DVD that shows what NCCC is all about
 DVD player
Instructions on setting up the Display, packing the Display back up for return shipping and
   instructions on returning the Display

The Display is shipped to your door and you ship it back to me at no cost to you or your club. All you have to do is attach the return shipping label and take the Display to your nearest FedEx or Kinkos. There may be times when you will be asked to ship the display to another club if there is not enough time to get it back to me. The most important part of this is to get the Display to the shipper on Monday! I am sure that we can make this work with just a little communication.

Check out this page that lists many of the benefits NCCC offers and ways that NCCC can connect with you and the members of your Club.
