NEWSLETTER CONTEST RULES WERE

Each NCCC Club entering the contest will submit 3 issues covering the period from January thru May. For monthly newsletters; this would be January, March, and May. For a bi-monthly, this would be the first three issues of the year.
Each newsletter should be clearly marked “Contest Entry”. We highly recommend that you place your newsletter in an envelope as several past entries have been damaged in mailing.
All entries must be sent by standard mail. No registered, return receipt, postage due type mailings will be accepted. Addresses of Judges are listed below.
The entries should be sent out, one issue at a time as they are published. If you would like to verify that your entry was received, please enclose a self -addressed stamped post card or envelope with each submission.
The first issue must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2005. The final issue must be postmarked no later than June 1, 2005.

WHAT THE JUDGES WERE LOOKING FOR

Entries will be judged on content and completeness in the following categories:
Local News: News of your club
Technical News: Repair – Replacement - Restoration- Tech. Information
Charity News: Any and all contributions to Charity.
NCCC National News: Contains items concerning NCCC
Regional News: Your Region news or other Regional news
Composition: Structure and content of your magazine
Scoring will be on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the highest
