NCCC Membership Dues 51% Worksheet Forms

Every year it is the goal of the NCCC Membership Committee to improve on the accuracy and ease with which we process the yearly dues renewals. Thanks to the hard work and efforts of Gary Kelly from the Midwest Region we have two electronic versions of the 51% sheet for the Governors to use in preparing their 2008 dues renewals. Use of one or the other of these Excel files eliminates a lot of the work and possible errors associated with manually entering the data on paper. The Full Version 51% sheet file contains additional worksheets to figure out your NCCC and Club membership numbers and the NCCC and Club dues owed. The Short Version of the 51% sheet file has you enter your NCCC membership directly on the 51% sheet and has no provisions for determining Club membership quantities and dues owed. A number of Governors have used Gary’s 51% Sheet in the past with great success. Gary has revised the 51% sheet files so that they are not specific to any given year which will make your file easy to update for future years rather than creating a new file each year. Included below are links to a set of Gary’s programs for the 51% Sheet. I am making these available for general use in preparing your 51% Sheets. I suggest that you print out the Full Version and the Short Version Entry Instructions For 2008 Membership Dues 51% Worksheets and look at the Sample 2008 Membership Dues 51% Worksheets before choosing and using the forms for the first time. Once you have used the forms, you will find them easy to use and a great aid in making your dues renewal process easier and more accurate. Gary has added some self-checking features and instructional notes to the forms to assist you. Any questions regarding these files should be directed to Gary.
