NCCC Sanctioned Event Results Forms
Note to Region, Club and all Webmasters
You are authorized to link this PAGE to your Web Site but you MAY NOT link any individual Form on this Page as those are subject to change. Occasionally it is necessary to make updates to the Information so this page is the only place to obtain the most current information.
  Note to All NCCC MEMBERS
Even if you have downloaded these Forms previously, you should replace those Forms with these 01-15-08 Updated Forms. Due to the changes in the 2008 Competition Manual some of the past Forms are now outdated. These new Forms will also be the most compatible to the Points Record Keeping system being used by the 2008 VP-Competition, Jack Wilson.

It has been a long-time goal of the NCCC Competition Committee to have a standardized process for preparing and reporting Sanctioned Events Results. Recently that goal has been refined to include having all Event Results submitted to the Vice-President of Competition in an electronic format that is compatible with a National Points Standings program. This eliminates the work and possible errors associated with manually re-entering event results.
Over the years, I have worked on using Microsoft’s Excel program to do event results and have gradually added more automated features to my programs and have made them user-friendly. A number of Midwest Region Governors have used my Event Results Forms with success and Jack Wilson, 2008 NCCC Vice-President of Competition, has approved their use in submitting event results to him. Included below are links to a set of my programs for Timed Events and for Non-Timed Events.
I am making these available for general use in preparing Event Results via this Page but I am not giving anyone permission to link any of the contents of this Page to any other Page or Web Site.
I suggest you print out my NCCC Results Worksheet Instructions and look at my Samples before using the forms for the first time. Once you have used the forms, you will find them easy to use. I have added some self-checking features and instructional notes to the forms to assist you. Any updates to these programs will be posted on this page with the current Form Date posted as seen below.
